Costumes

Just Kidding offers an ever increasing range of comfortable and durable dress ups. They are a valuable educational resource for early childhood centres, and perfect for children's imaginative play.

These costumes are made to last, from good quality materials. Clever styling makes dressing easy, and the costumes fit a wide size range over clothes, without looking too big. I use plenty of velcro and elastic for safety, multi-fit, and to encourage independent dressing. Elastic hanging loops are added where suitable for easy storage.

Just Kidding's range includes multi-cultural costumes, occupations, New Zealand wildlife, and other well loved animals. Appropriate fabrics and unique screen-print designs add realism to these costumes.

I also make other fun, versatile items in exciting colours and textures. Hoop dresses, streamers, and more, make expressive movement irresistible and multi-purpose skirts, capes etc... encourage imaginative play without needing to be a particular character.

Sizes

Our costumes are generously styled to fit a wide range of sizes over clothes. We use plenty of velcro and elastic for safety, multi-fit, and to encourage independent dressing.

Many of our items will fit everyone, from toddler to adult - especially all the head gear.

All our costumes are available in a preschool size, designed to fit 3-5 years, although many of these fit a much wider age range, just the length varies.
